These days, you won't find many AAA games that don't include some sort of photo mode feature. This allows gamers to take great screenshots of the beautiful games they are playing, allowing them to take it all in.
But where they can really shine is in race titles.

How to use Photo Mode in Need for Speed Unbound
Unbound's photo mode is called Snapshot and can be accessed any time you're in your car by going to the in-game pause menu and selecting Snapshot.
From there, you're given all the tools you need to take a beautiful photo of you and your ride.

Under Effects, there are 4 different sliders that players can use to change the appearance of the actual snapshot.
First, there are the Camera Effects that includes Focal length and depth of view. Focal length controls the clarity of the entire image, while depth of field controls the clarity of everything around your car.
If you press the shoulder buttons, you will be taken to the Shade section of Effects. Here you will have Saturation and Contrast.
Saturation is the color depth of your image, and contrast is what helps darken or lighten an image to better separate things.
Controls
Players have a set of controls to use in order to create the perfect photo to go along with the effects you will use.
I would say that the angle of the shot is much more important than the effects you are going to put on it.
The buttons/keys vary depending on your gaming platform, but here are the various actions you can perform if you are on Xbox/PlayStation.
- B/Circle - Back
- R3 (press) – Hide UI
- X/Square – Show effects
- Y/Triangle – Controls
- LT/L2 - Move down
- RT/R2 - Move up
- D-Pad up – Zoom in
- D-Pad down – Zoom out
To take a snapshot, you'll actually need to utilize your controller's dedicated screenshot/share button or keyboard or key to get it natively.

How to Take an Online Snapshot of Lakeshore
Once in your garage at Lakeshore Online, if you go to the Banner Guideyou can edit your banner, but also take Edit snapshot there too.
Here, things work a little differently, as you will only be able to take a photo of yourself in front of your favorite car. Here are the controls for that!
Through – Take a snapshot
B/Circle - Back
X/Square – Reset
Y/Triangle – Turn on/off driving effects
I – Turn the car
R (up/down) – Zoom in/out
R (left/right) – Pan left/right
RT-LT/R2-L2 – Move character
You will be prompted to save your banner when you exit the editing tool.
