secondary weapon
The staff is super powerful, but you'll need a solid weapon to back it up when bending is too much and enemies are closing in. You'll want something reliable and versatile for any situation. You already have the superpowered staff and skills, so you won't need anything ultrapowerful. Just something fast, harmful and easy to use.
For this I would recommend a Lasgun. There are a few different varieties and types, but ultimately any Lasgun will do. If you've found that a specific weapon works best for your playstyle, go ahead and use it. Lasguns are generally good, though.
curiosities
Curios are fantastic pieces of kit that aid your operative through passive bonuses. You can have three active slots, but only as long as you have unlocked all three slots.

There are a variety of curios to choose from, but to really maximize the strength team's capabilities, you'll want curios that increase your damage and increase your stamina and health. The last two are important, as the Psyker is a rather fragile agent. At least with more health and stamina, you can survive long enough to run away from your enemies while your danger subsides.
talents
When it comes to his feats, there aren't exactly any that directly help his team, however many of them are preoccupied with bending and Hazard.
Carefully choose talents that will make the Hazard easier to deal with. This will allow you to use your team more and have shorter recovery times. The more you can use your team, the better. With the right talents, you'll defeat enemies like there's no tomorrow.
